    Are all the teachers qualified?

    Absolutely! Our teachers are native speakers and possess a minimum of a degree and a postgraduate CELTA teaching certificate. They all boast considerable experience in teaching English as a foreign language, and have been carefully selected through a rigorous application procedure that includes a thorough interview process.

    Can you help me prepare for an exam?

    Sure! Just tell us which exam you need to prepare for and we will find the right teacher to prepare you for that particular test. 

    Which exams can you prepare me for?

    At the time of writing we have teachers who can prepare you for  IELTS (Academic or General Training) all Cambridge exams from KEY (A2), Preliminary (B1), First (B2) Advanced (C1) and Proficiency (C2)

    Will the lessons be structured according to my specific needs?

    Yes, of course! When you contact us we will discuss your objectives via a free Zoom call and then choose a teacher who is most suitable for you. Your teacher will then design the course based on your specific needs. 

    Is it possible to do lessons on any other platform than Zoom?

    We tend to use Zoom for the lessons because we feel it offers a better teaching experience. However, in some cases it may be possible to use other platforms such as Skype or Google Meet. 

    Can I reschedule my lesson?

    Yes you can, just be sure to give the teacher at least 6 hours notice and they will be happy to find a new slot for you. 

    How long are the lessons?

    All standard lessons are 60  minutes, but we can change the lesson length according to your own personal needs.
