Delicious apple pie ( ... not the usual cake!)

@a_minute_with_me
Serving: 4 people
- 2 lemons
- 100 grams of flour 00
- 5 apples
- 3 eggs
- 70 grams of sugar
- 150 ml of milk
- 30 gr of melted butter
- A teaspoon of cinnamon
- a pinch of salt
- 1/2 sachet of baking powder

1. Cut the apples into wedges, remove the core and peel and cut into fairly thin slices. Put them in a bowl with the lemon juice and mix. Melt the butter and let it cool.

2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar with an electric whisk for a few minutes until you get a nice soft and firm cream.

3. Add the flour and baking powder and, continuing to stir with the electric whisk, add the cinnamon, then the melted butter and then the milk. Finally add the pinch of salt and the drained apple slices (without the lemon juice). Mix everything thoroughly with care.

4. Turn on the oven at 180 degrees.

5. Line an aluminium mould with parchment paper and pour the mixture obtained by levelling the surface.

6. Put in the oven for 30 minutes and then do the "toothpick test" to see if the inside of the cake is cooked (the toothpick should come out dry).
