Pasta with pumpkin and sausages

@a_minute_with_me
Serving: 2 people
- 200 gr. pasta
- 200 gr. pumpkin
- 200 gr. sausage
- 1 onion
- salt
- Extra virgin olive oil
- grated cheese

1. Cut the pumpkin into small cubes.
2. In a pan, fry the chopped onion with a drizzle of oil, add the crumbled sausage and brown, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the pumpkin cubes to the sausage, season with a pinch of salt and then pour a cup of hot water over everything.
4. Cover with the lid and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
5. If the pumpkin has become almost a cream, it means that it is cooked (turn off the heat momentarily).
6. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water, respecting the time indicated on the package.
7. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan, turning up the flame.
8. Raise the heat and let the pasta "bind" with the sauce by adding a cup of cooking water.
9. When everything is creamy, sprinkle two tablespoons of grated cheese and serve immediately.
10. If the result is something good, you are less of a dummy than yesterday: be proud of yourself!
